Mental Health Resources & Healing Tools
These tools have been thoughtfully selected to support reflection, emotional awareness, and creating space to slow down. While they are not a replacement for therapy, they can be helpful in building small, consistent practices that support your overall well-being.
I only share resources that align with the work I do and may genuinely support you in your day-to-day life.

The My Therapy Cards (All Decks) created by Dr. Ebony Butler are a guided self-exploration tool designed to support deeper reflection and emotional awareness.
These cards go beyond surface-level self-care and instead encourage you to explore patterns in your thoughts, habits, and emotional responses. They can be used independently, within relationships, or alongside therapy as a way to continue processing between sessions.
Available Editions
There are multiple versions of the cards, each created with intention:
• Women’s Edition
Supports women in exploring emotional patterns, identity, and personal growth.
• Men’s Edition
Created with Black men in mind, offering space for self-exploration and emotional insight in a way that feels accessible and affirming.
• Teen Edition
Designed to help teens better understand, name, and express their emotions in age-appropriate ways.
• Relationship Edition
Supports couples or partners in exploring communication, emotional connection, and relational patterns.
Tools like this can be especially helpful if you are learning how to:
• slow down your thoughts
• build emotional awareness
• understand your triggers
• create space for intentional reflection
They are not meant to replace the work done in therapy, but they can support that work in a more consistent, everyday way.
If you are looking for more personalized support beyond self-guided tools, you are welcome to explore therapy services or schedule a consultation.
